If you love to lift, run, or play hard on the weekends, you know how it feels when pain slows you down. I enjoy working with athletes, lifters, runners, and anyone who wants to stay strong and keep doing what they love.
After more than ten years in fitness, I wanted to know why people hurt and how to keep them active for life. Chiropractic brought together my love of movement and my wish to make a real difference in people's lives. That's why your goals matter so much to me.
Outside the office, you'll find me at the gym or cheering on my Chicago teams. I also love trying new restaurants and spending time with family and friends. After years in California, it feels great to be back home where I grew up. Go Saxons!
