Dr. Aaron Howe graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire and received his Doctor of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University. He has been serving patients in the Lakeville, Farmington, and Rosemount area for over a decade. Dr. Aaron was inspired to become a chiropractor after he had seen what regular chiropractic care had done to help his mother, who has been living with scoliosis and severe asthma since her youth. During his years of being a multisport athlete and witnessing what chiropractic care was doing for his mother, he sought treatment himself. After only a few visits, Dr. Aaron was not only performing at a higher level, but also experiencing less fatigue and increased flexibility. During his time at UWEC, Dr. Aaron’s mother had continued to get regular chiropractic care and was feeling the best she had felt in years. She was breathing significantly better, had noticed an improved range of motion throughout her spine and was able to stabilize the scoliosis near her lumbar spine. This made Dr. Aaron’s professional decision an easy one. While attending one of the top chiropractic colleges in the nation, he was also a captain of the school’s men’s ice hockey team, the Northwestern Naturals. During the three-and-a-half-year program, Dr. Aaron was able to perform at a high level both on and off the ice. He attributes this success to regular chiropractic care, an active lifestyle and significant support from his close friends and family. After practicing as an associate for 4+ years, he decided a change was in order and accepted a position at the Lakeville LifeClinic in August of 2017. He enjoys providing chiropractic care to the individuals and families of Lakeville and surrounding communities. Dr. Aaron is very thankful for this opportunity and will strive to be the best care provider that he can be. He has particular interest and thoroughly enjoys working on the shoulder region while also helping numerous individuals restore, maintain, and optimize their health.
