Benjamin Hylka

Dr. Benjamin Hylka

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Dr. Benjamin Hylka earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from SUNY Oneonta in 2016 followed by his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York Medical College in 2019. Since completing his coursework and training, Dr. Hylka has worked primarily in outpatient clinics focused on orthopedics and sports. He has treated patients of all ages from adolescent athletes to adults. His experience includes treating injuries and conditions such as:


● Sports & Repetitive Stress Injuries

● Pre & Post Orthopedic Surgical Rehab

● Spine & Musculoskeletal Conditions

Dr. Hylka played multiple sports in high school and was a Division III college lacrosse player at SUNY Oneonta. Previously sustained injuries while competing sparked his interest in Physical Therapy. Dr. Hylka is excited to assist patients in their return to do what they love to do.

Rachel Terranova

Dr. Rachel Terranova

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Dr. Rachel Terranova, PT, DPT is a licensed Physical Therapist who earned her Doctorate from Dominican College and her B.S. in Exercise Science from Southern Connecticut State University. With over 20 years of experience in health and fitness, Dr Terranova holds certifications including CSCS, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Yoga Instructor, and USA Boxing Coach. Dr Terranova’s experience & background includes manual therapy & the treatment of injuries and conditions, such as:

● Sports & Repetitive Stress Injuries

● Pre & Post Orthopedic Surgical Rehab

● Spine & Musculoskeletal Conditions  

● Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

Dr Terranova's clinical focus includes manual and myofascial therapy techniques, taping, and decompression methods. She is passionate about empowering patients through personalized care and long-term strategies for better function and quality of life.

Shane Wilkinson

Dr. Shane Wilkinson

Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Shane Wilkinson earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic College, where he graduated with honors in 2003. Prior to chiropractic school, he received his Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine and Exercise Science from the University of Southwestern Louisiana. Dr. Wilkinson brings nearly three decades of experience in sports medicine, rehabilitation, and chiropractic care, having spent much of his career in private practice as well as working within a hospital-based sports medicine program.

Dr. Wilkinson specializes in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions, including:

● Acute and Chronic Neck and Low Back Pain

● Sports and Athletic Injuries

● Sciatica, Disc Injuries, and Radiculopathy

● Joint Dysfunction and Movement Limitations

● Postural and Overuse Injuries

Dr. Wilkinson began his professional career as a Certified Athletic Trainer, working closely with orthopedic physicians, physical therapists, neurologists, and radiologists. A personal low back injury introduced him to chiropractic care and inspired his transition into the profession, allowing him to combine his passion for movement, recovery, and long-term health.

With a lifelong commitment to fitness and athletic performance—including marathon running, triathlons, tennis, and pickleball—Dr. Wilkinson believes in leading by example. He takes a collaborative, hands-on approach to care, working closely with patients at every stage of treatment to help relieve pain, restore function, and support an active, healthy lifestyle while minimizing the risk of recurrence.
