Dr. Dayton Hancock

Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Dayton Hancock graduated from Schreiner University and received his Doctor of Chiropractic from Texas Chiropractic College in Houston, Texas. He has been proudly serving patients in the North Dallas community for the past 1.5 years. Dr. Dayton was inspired to begin his chiropractic journey to help educate people on how their bodies work and what we can do to keep our bodies in the best shape possible at any age. He enjoys building meaningful relationships with his patients by creating a safe and fun environment for patients to visit and learn more about themselves. Dr. Dayton enjoys working with athletes of all ages and skill levels, especially tennis/pickleball players and anyone who has an interest in improving their quality of life through fitness and chiropractic.

How to request your medical records

  • Ask at the clinic desk for our Release of Records form, or request it at LifeClinicins@LT.Life.

  • Complete and sign the form, including your name, date of birth, dates of service, and which records you want.

  • Choose how you'd like to receive them: pick up a physical copy at the clinic, or have them sent directly to you by secure (encrypted) email.

  • Return the signed form in person at the clinic or to LifeClinicins@LT.Life

  • We'll provide your records within the time required by law. A reasonable copying fee may apply.
